In honor of Independence Day, help a Military Spouse take a step toward the freedom that comes with a great job.  Or help a spouse plan their next career move.

Networking, support and inspiration come easy when you connect with a great program like Military Spouse eMentor. Learn more about the Military Spouse eMentor Leadership Program.

Mentors and Proteges start by completing an online profile.  From there, proteges can search for and select a mentor.  When the mentor accepts the protege’s invitation, the relationship begins.

The pair work together to establish goals, develop an action plan, and measure progress. They communicate primarily online, but may decide to talk on the phone or even meet in person.

July is the perfect month to honor Military families with the gift of mentorship — sign up to be a mentor at www.milspousementor.org.
